User Manual
The landing page and portal of the school can brand with their own logo. We can also include important Admissions announcements. We have 2 types of users in Admissions: Admin and Student.
In the home page, we have the different Admissions modules and all the settings per feature.
Planning
In Admission Setup, we can prepare everything before we open an admission cycle.
We can define the application period, set the number of reapplications we can allow from applicants, require applicants to submit recommendations, create a checklist for their requirements or everything they need to accomplish parallel to their application, payment instructions, confirmation instructions, and all applicable fees.
We can also customize our application forms and recommendation forms according to your requirements or whatever information you want to collect. We can also collect different types of information, whether in the form of text, number, or even tabular – like for education attainment, for example.
To open an admission cycle and to ensure that applicants will be able to send their applications, we need to click the Start Admissions and enable the Accept Applicants buttons.
In the Interview Setup, we can assign the interviewers for a specific group of applicants.
You can define the exam schedule details for your applicants, including the date and time, venue, and capacity. You can also be notified when a schedule is about to filled up.
Where we can define the classification of our students, for example: those who will be scholars, varsity, etc.
For our K12 student applicants.
This is where we can create our announcements or whatever postings to keep our community up to speed with important Admissions news/updates.
You can define the actual tags that they will be assigned as, depending on your naming convention: Passed, Failed, Waitlisted, etc. And with each tag, you can define a corresponding message that the applicant will see when they are notified of their application result.
Finance
In the Fee setup, can add general fees, such as Application Fee for Local Applicants or Foreign Applicants, Examination Fee, etc.
We can also create different types of discounts.
Applicant Portal
If the student wants to apply, they can sign up, fill in their details, comply to the school’s privacy policy, and they will be sent with the email activation link.
For students that already have an Admissions account – in the home page, they have visibility of all their active applications and where they are in the process and the status of their application. They can also check our the FAQs.
To view the results of their application, you can see whether you have Passed or Failed, and where you can state your intent to enroll.
If the student wants to apply to a program, they can see all programs open for admissions, fill in their details, and submit the initial registration.
Applicants can choose their preferred exam schedules.
Applicants can monitor their payables, the breakdown of all applicable fees, and upload their proof of payment.
Applicants can provide recommenders to help support their applications and track the status of their recommendation requests.
Applicants can also update their pending or additional lacking requirements.
Applicant Portal
This is where our Cashier team can review and validate the payment details of applicants with payables.
This is where Admission officers an review applications and the applicant form responses. Admissions Processors can also communicate with applicants on missing or inaccurate information/data.
This is where Admission officers can review the recommendation letter for each applicant.
This is where Admissions officers can assign the exam schedule to applicants and exam permits will be sent to scheduled applicants.
This is where we can monitor all applicants that are currently being deliberated.
This is where we can monitor all applicants that have been interviewed.
And for our interviewers, they can also manage and upload their interview notes – for those schools that have an interview template or guidelines, for example.
This is where we can monitor all applicants with a tagged Admissions Decision.
User Manual
Based on what we defined in the Admission Decision Status, we can tag the results of the student’s application here.
We can also define a student according to the Tagging Setup we setup in Planning, whether they’re Scholar, Varsity, etc.
We can also manage and cancel applications and transfer the application to Edusuite, if you are using our K12 and Uni systems.
We can also generate different reports, such as Applicants List and Daily Reports List.
User Manual
You have full control of the access and privileges that you will give to your admissions team. You can create a specific user group or user role and add their access rights. We can also register users individually and review all pending registrations. For pending registrations, you can also send the reactivation link, in case theirs gets lost in their email or spam folder.
You can edit and fill your school’s basic information.
You can customize the message that will appear on these setups.
